In the event of snow, ice or possible flooding, please visit this website for information on school opening.  If there is no news posted on the homepage, please assume that we are open!  When there is snow or ice on the ground, we are only able to clear the pedestrian route from the crossing on Station Road to the main school front entrance and hall doors and we will greet and send the children home from the hall door until the snow and ice has cleared from the playground. Therefore, we ask that parents and children come to and pick up from school from Station Road and do not use the footpath from Acorns and Gravel Path until any snow and ice has cleared. Please send your child into school with snow boots or wellington boots if you would like them to go outside during playtimes if there is snow on the ground.
