Our Health Needs Policy (Supporting children with medical needs) confirms that our staff will administer medication to children, subject to parents completing our medication request form in full.  This may be downloaded from below and we also have blank copies for parents to fill in at the school office. Please ensure that you hand a completed form and any medication direct to the office staff and never give your child their medication to hand in themselves.  If your child is attending a Wraparound Care club, please hand the medication and completed form to the Wraparound Care staff who will ensure that the medication and form are passed to the office staff.
