We run daily Wraparound Care (incorporating Breakfast and After School Clubs) from 8am until 6pm Monday - Thursday and 8am until 5pm on Fridays every day that Helmdon School is open. For first time use of either Breakfast/Afterschool Club, please ensure that you complete and return a Wraparound Care Registration Form.
Please return this form to Ashley Gilvray, our Wraparound Care manager, either in person, via email on a.gilvray@helmdon.org or via the school office. Please use your Registration Form to book your child a place on your required dates. Once your child is registered, you can book further sessions, alter or cancel booked sessions with Ashley personally or via her email, or you can contact the school office staff. Registration Forms will be circulated termly (6 times a year) to all regular club users for bookings each term.
All Wraparound Care is charged via the children’s accounts on www.ParentPay.com and we have one overall payment item on ParentPay called Wraparound Care which includes both Breakfast and After School Club charges. Payment is required in advance: please ensure that you credit your child’s Wraparound Care account with sufficient funds to cover your future bookings. Charges will be made to the account as your child’s attendance is registered at the club.
Parents who wish to pay with childcare vouchers should speak to Ashley and she will provide you with the relevant information. If you are paying with childcare vouchers please do not pay the fees via ParentPay.
